JIAYAN XU
Jiayan brings over a decade of experience as a consultant and a senior manager in the industry.
She focuses primarily on risk and financial advisory services ranging from compliance enhancement, dispute resolution to interim management. She helps clients tackle fraud, sanctions compliance violations, money-laundering activities, financial statement manipulation, distressed operation and financial mismanagement. Prior to joining AlixPartners, she was head of the management accounting (controlling) department at a subsidiary of a Dax30 company in China, and a strategy consultant in Germany.
Jiayan has a Master of Science degree from Technical University of Munich. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Jiayan excels at working in a multicultural environment and speaks Chinese, German, and English fluently.

徐佳彦拥有超过14年的外部咨询及企业高管管理经验，擅长应对紧急和高风险情境，包括海外监管执法、国际争议解决以及企业临时接管的支持。
她为全球客户提供复杂的监管与合规咨询，涵盖经济制裁、出口管制、反洗钱、财务报表舞弊、腐败以及资本市场行为合规。佳彦曾帮助客户应对美国及欧洲主要监管机构的评估工作。这些机构包括美国司法部（DOJ）、证券交易委员会（SEC）、外国资产控制办公室（OFAC）、工业安全局（BIS）、金融服务部（DFS）、欧洲中央银行（ECB）、瑞士金融市场监督管理局（FINMA）及德国联邦金融监管局（BaFin）。
在国际仲裁与诉讼领域，佳彦曾多次撰写会计、定损及合规专家证人报告，提交至美国法院、英国高等法院，以及国际仲裁机构，如德国仲裁协会（DIS）和香港国际仲裁中心（HKIAC）。
在中国，她亦为企业在紧急时刻提供临时接管支持，包括现金流危机、管理层舞弊、总经理和财务总监的更替及并购后整合。她的专业能力源于此前的企业内部领导经验，曾担任一家大型跨国公司子公司的财务控制部门负责人及项目财务管理经理，并辅以在汽车行业担任战略顾问期间积累的运营经验。
徐佳彦毕业于慕尼黑工业大学，获学士及硕士学位，并持有特许金融分析师（CFA）、注册会计师（CPA）及注册舞弊审查师（CFE）资格。
