Justin has more than 15 years of consulting and industry experience in the retail, consumer products, and education industries. His specific expertise lies in the areas of retail operations, merchandising, market entry strategies, commercial due diligence, and change management processes. Justin has helped companies in Greater China with their go-to-market strategies, pricings, promotions, setting up of retail and merchandising operations, and the formulation of their growth strategies. Prior to AlixPartners, he was with L.E.K Consulting, Kurt Salmon Associates, and Adidas. Justin has a business management degree in finance and economics from Singapore Management University. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
